Common System Issues & Resolutions

Email - My Mobile Device keeps prompting for a User Name & Password
Your User Name is the same as your Email Address. If you've haven't changed your Password using the Web-Based Email client, this most likely indicates an Internet Connection failure.

A brief outage by your ISP or Cell Carrier can cause the Mail Application on your mobile device to display a prompt that the User Name or Password are incorrect. We don't recommend making any changes to the account on your device. Typically this issue will resolve itself after a few minutes.

Email - Some valid email senders are being classified as SPAM
Unfortunately there isn't a simple answer as to why this happens. We recommend you periodically check your SPAM Folder in order to catch these "false-positive" SPAM classifications.

You can permanently designate an email sender (or an entire email domain) as Safe, preventing the sender from being classified as SPAM.

Sign-In to WebMail and visit the SPAM Settings in the upper right portion of the page. Designate the sender's email address or domain as Safe by adding them to the Safe Senders List.

Email - I've received an email asking me to Reset my Password or Login to my Account

We will never send a generic email asking you to Login to your email account. These types of emails are known as Phishing Emails and they are a form of attack that seeks to get your email account credentials for malicious purposes.

Don't click any of the links within these emails. In fact, delete the email immediately.

As a general rule, if the content of an email looks "suspicious"; it's probably a Phishing email - simply delete it.
